Built around you

Engineered lightness
you can build on.

Fibres run through a foam formed cellular body. The fibres hold it together and the air cells keep it light, cool and quiet. Open the block to see.

The Geocon standard

Built with intention.
Six reasons it builds better.

Cement, fly ash, sand, foam and fibre, mixed and cut in one place so every block comes out the same size.

Saves 20–30% cost

20–30%

lower total build cost

Fewer joints, less mortar and a lighter structural load lower the total build cost.

Fast to build

1=8

red bricks replaced by one block

One block replaces about eight red bricks, and uniform size keeps the work quick.

Lightweight

Clay brick1800

kg/m³

Tiny air pockets make it far lighter than other bricks, so it is easy to carry and lay.

Low water absorption

Geocon7–9%
Clay brick15–25%

water absorbed

Absorbs 7–9% water against 15–25% for clay, which protects the wall from damp.

Raw materials

Cement, fly ash, sand, foam and fibre. Nothing organic.

Termite free

No organic content, so pests, rodents and mould have nothing to feed on.

Fire and sound

Air pockets give good thermal insulation and help keep noise out of rooms.

Made by us

From slurry to site
